Narrative:
Departing ont on the prado 4 departure we were making our turn towards thermal when ATC told us to head 060 degrees and to level at 14000 ft. We were passing 13800 ft and during our level off we went to 14400 ft and came back to 14000 ft. ATC said that we missed the turn to thermal and we were 6 mi south of course. Our VOR was showing us as being less than 1/2 of 1 DOT south of course.
