Narrative:

After engine start, left terminal ramp and entered taxiway without taxi clearance. Was asked by ground controller 'how's your radio working?' responded 'ready for taxi.' was told by controller 'you are already on taxiway, proceed to runway 27.' (note: airport was completely vacant and no other aircraft were taxiing or on tower frequency.) crew was distracted by marshaller. Fatigue was a factor, having worked 3 long days in a row. Should have been avoided by calling ground controller before being marshalled out of terminal area.
