Air carrier X climbing to FL270 caused a TCASII RA on air carrier X. X climbed from FL280 causing us air carrier Y to get a TCASII RA. Climbed greater than 2000 FPM -- we climbed to FL300 until clear of contact, returned to FL290. ZOB frequency 119.87.
