Narrative:

A regularly scheduled flight from lan to sdf on a B-757 freighter. The WX at the time was heavy thunderstorms in the area so we elected to do a maximum power takeoff. We were cleared for takeoff by the tower and on takeoff roll I noticed that the right thrust lever jammed at about 3/4 travel and could not be advanced for full power. I then aborted the takeoff and notified tower that we aborted the takeoff and would like to taxi back to the ramp. After we blocked into the ramp, maintenance came aboard and found a circuit breaker that was collared out from a previously cleared write-up that should have been reset. Circuit breaker was reset and throttle worked normally. Maintenance and crew both agreed the aircraft was safe and airworthy. We then again started engines and blocked back out. Departed lan to sdf a normal flight. Arriving in sdf I did not put a block turn back into the logbook which should have been done. I also blocked out past my release time. I should have gotten a rerelease. I think this made me realize to pay more attention to the situation in time of confusion and don't let the pressures schedules, and service compromise safety!

Title: ABORTED TKOF.

Narrative: A REGULARLY SCHEDULED FLT FROM LAN TO SDF ON A B-757 FREIGHTER. THE WX AT THE TIME WAS HVY TSTMS IN THE AREA SO WE ELECTED TO DO A MAX PWR TKOF. WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF BY THE TWR AND ON TKOF ROLL I NOTICED THAT THE R THRUST LEVER JAMMED AT ABOUT 3/4 TRAVEL AND COULD NOT BE ADVANCED FOR FULL PWR. I THEN ABORTED THE TKOF AND NOTIFIED TWR THAT WE ABORTED THE TKOF AND WOULD LIKE TO TAXI BACK TO THE RAMP. AFTER WE BLOCKED INTO THE RAMP, MAINT CAME ABOARD AND FOUND A CIRCUIT BREAKER THAT WAS COLLARED OUT FROM A PREVIOUSLY CLRED WRITE-UP THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESET. CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS RESET AND THROTTLE WORKED NORMALLY. MAINT AND CREW BOTH AGREED THE ACFT WAS SAFE AND AIRWORTHY. WE THEN AGAIN STARTED ENGS AND BLOCKED BACK OUT. DEPARTED LAN TO SDF A NORMAL FLT. ARRIVING IN SDF I DID NOT PUT A BLOCK TURN BACK INTO THE LOGBOOK WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. I ALSO BLOCKED OUT PAST MY RELEASE TIME. I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A RERELEASE. I THINK THIS MADE ME REALIZE TO PAY MORE ATTN TO THE SIT IN TIME OF CONFUSION AND DON'T LET THE PRESSURES SCHEDULES, AND SVC COMPROMISE SAFETY!
