Narrative:
At company strip, the copilot, who usually handles the radios and clrncs, was outside the aircraft boarding our passenger. Due to the lack of direct hot line availability to zan, the unicom operator called center on the regular phone before our usual time of requesting a clearance which is as we begin to taxi. I took the clearance which had a 'hold for departure.' while I was copying the clearance I was interrupted on another radio with a company call pertaining to question about a passenger. When we were ready to taxi I told the copilot I had the clearance, and I mentioned the company inquiry about the passenger. I forgot the 'hold for departure.' in fact I had not written it down when I wrote the rest of the clearance. We completed our before takeoff checklist and departed. We contacted center, were in radar contact, and the flight proceeded normally. When we returned to our base at ubw the unicom man told us we had departed before cleared from center. A combination of deviance from the usual routine, receiving the clearance before mentally prepared to do so, and the interruption with company communications resulted in my not writing the 'hold for departure' part of the clearance down. In the future I will shut the company radio audio off while copying clrncs. In addition the unicom man has been asked not to request a clearance from center before we have requested it through him. Also, the direct center hot line has been repaired since the incident occurred.

Title: CORPORATE SMT DEPARTS COMPANY ARPT WITHOUT RELEASE.
Narrative: AT COMPANY STRIP, THE COPLT, WHO USUALLY HANDLES THE RADIOS AND CLRNCS, WAS OUTSIDE THE ACFT BOARDING OUR PAX. DUE TO THE LACK OF DIRECT HOT LINE AVAILABILITY TO ZAN, THE UNICOM OPERATOR CALLED CTR ON THE REGULAR PHONE BEFORE OUR USUAL TIME OF REQUESTING A CLRNC WHICH IS AS WE BEGIN TO TAXI. I TOOK THE CLRNC WHICH HAD A 'HOLD FOR DEP.' WHILE I WAS COPYING THE CLRNC I WAS INTERRUPTED ON ANOTHER RADIO WITH A COMPANY CALL PERTAINING TO QUESTION ABOUT A PAX. WHEN WE WERE READY TO TAXI I TOLD THE COPLT I HAD THE CLRNC, AND I MENTIONED THE COMPANY INQUIRY ABOUT THE PAX. I FORGOT THE 'HOLD FOR DEP.' IN FACT I HAD NOT WRITTEN IT DOWN WHEN I WROTE THE REST OF THE CLRNC. WE COMPLETED OUR BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST AND DEPARTED. WE CONTACTED CTR, WERE IN RADAR CONTACT, AND THE FLT PROCEEDED NORMALLY. WHEN WE RETURNED TO OUR BASE AT UBW THE UNICOM MAN TOLD US WE HAD DEPARTED BEFORE CLRED FROM CTR. A COMBINATION OF DEVIANCE FROM THE USUAL ROUTINE, RECEIVING THE CLRNC BEFORE MENTALLY PREPARED TO DO SO, AND THE INTERRUPTION WITH COMPANY COMS RESULTED IN MY NOT WRITING THE 'HOLD FOR DEP' PART OF THE CLRNC DOWN. IN THE FUTURE I WILL SHUT THE COMPANY RADIO AUDIO OFF WHILE COPYING CLRNCS. IN ADDITION THE UNICOM MAN HAS BEEN ASKED NOT TO REQUEST A CLRNC FROM CTR BEFORE WE HAVE REQUESTED IT THROUGH HIM. ALSO, THE DIRECT CTR HOT LINE HAS BEEN REPAIRED SINCE THE INCIDENT OCCURRED.
