Narrative:
On sep/mon/95 I flew air carrier aircraft with a discrepancy that was one day overdue. (CAT a.) at the end of my shift I discovered the discrepancy on the board and notified the next crew and we called maintenance to ground the aircraft. Must be more vigilant of condition board.

Title: CAPT NOTICED AFTER FLT THAT THE TIME LIMIT HAD BEEN EXCEEDED FOR A MEL'ED ITEM ON A LTT BE02.
Narrative: ON SEP/MON/95 I FLEW ACR ACFT WITH A DISCREPANCY THAT WAS ONE DAY OVERDUE. (CAT A.) AT THE END OF MY SHIFT I DISCOVERED THE DISCREPANCY ON THE BOARD AND NOTIFIED THE NEXT CREW AND WE CALLED MAINT TO GND THE ACFT. MUST BE MORE VIGILANT OF CONDITION BOARD.
