Narrative:
I came off half moon bay, over the crystal springs reservoir to bay meadows heading approximately 030 degrees at 1600-1700 ft MSL. When I recognized that I was too high, I dropped immediately to 1500 ft. In reviewing my route, I realized that I apparently cut into the corner of the 'sfc' to 8000 ft class B airspace south of the san mateo bridge. I proceeded along the bridge most of the way at 1500 ft MSL just above the class D airspace of hayward. It was an accidental straying into the class B airspace for approximately 1/2 mi and a couple of mins.
