Narrative:
At FL350 and track 11-173W encountered moderate turbulence. Seat belt sign had been on for 10-15 mins. Flight attendants were told to be seated. 5 mins before encounter, a passenger got up to go to bathroom and was verbally told by a flight attendant to situation down. Passenger refused and went to washroom. On leaving the washroom she fell and injured herself. Injury unknown. Passenger claimed her leg was hurt and couldn't walk on it. 2 doctors were called on to check on passenger. They said there was nothing they could do, other than what the flight attendant had done. We called ahead for ambulance and medics. Also advised company of incident. Time of incident was XA23Z. Supplemental information from acn 319975: she refused and went to the lavatory. Upon exiting the lavatory, fell and injured her leg. The injury could possibly be a broken right leg.

Title: PAX INJURY DURING FLT THROUGH MODERATE TURB.
Narrative: AT FL350 AND TRACK 11-173W ENCOUNTERED MODERATE TURB. SEAT BELT SIGN HAD BEEN ON FOR 10-15 MINS. FLT ATTENDANTS WERE TOLD TO BE SEATED. 5 MINS BEFORE ENCOUNTER, A PAX GOT UP TO GO TO BATHROOM AND WAS VERBALLY TOLD BY A FLT ATTENDANT TO SIT DOWN. PAX REFUSED AND WENT TO WASHROOM. ON LEAVING THE WASHROOM SHE FELL AND INJURED HERSELF. INJURY UNKNOWN. PAX CLAIMED HER LEG WAS HURT AND COULDN'T WALK ON IT. 2 DOCTORS WERE CALLED ON TO CHK ON PAX. THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO, OTHER THAN WHAT THE FLT ATTENDANT HAD DONE. WE CALLED AHEAD FOR AMBULANCE AND MEDICS. ALSO ADVISED COMPANY OF INCIDENT. TIME OF INCIDENT WAS XA23Z.
