Narrative:
ATC and TCASII both announced VFR lear jet approximately 11:30 O'clock 5 mi. Lear's altitude was varying from minus 500 ft to our own level. TCASII issued RA to climb which we followed. Lear appeared to continue climb and TCASII issued 'increase climb' RA. ATC suggested right turn which we followed. Maximum altitude deviation was 1200 ft. Never saw lear.
