Narrative:
Took off without logbook on aircraft. After reviewing the MEL about a writeup in the logbook, the crew proceeded to the aircraft without the logbook. When the logbook item came up on the checklist, we said reviewed, onboard.

Title: SUPER 80 FLC LEAVES LOGBOOK AT DEP POINT.
Narrative: TOOK OFF WITHOUT LOGBOOK ON ACFT. AFTER REVIEWING THE MEL ABOUT A WRITEUP IN THE LOGBOOK, THE CREW PROCEEDED TO THE ACFT WITHOUT THE LOGBOOK. WHEN THE LOGBOOK ITEM CAME UP ON THE CHKLIST, WE SAID REVIEWED, ONBOARD.
