Narrative:

Fuel exhausted in #2 fuel tank. During preflight in bhm, #2 fuel tank quantity gauge found to be inoperative. Appropriate flight crew placards were documented. Flight control notified. Our flight landed in btr as scheduled. We were refueled by local contract refueler. The center (#2) tank was dripped as per procedures for inoperative gauge. Fuel slip indicated proper amount of fuel in #2 tank. 30 mins into flight from btr to dfw, both aft boost pump low pressure lights illuminated. Appropriate procedures were initiated and flight control notified. Minimum fuel was declared with ATC. Forward boost pump low pressure lights came on on downwind for runway 17L at dfw. Flight landed with 8400 pounds of fuel total in tanks #1 and #3.
