Narrative:
After normal taxi out and checklist items completion we were cleared for takeoff on runway 23R at cle. I brought the throttles up to the 12 O'clock position and received a CAWS warning (slats/flap) and decided to abort the takeoff roll. We were instructed to take the first available turnoff (right) and hold short of runway 23L, which we did. Shortly after we were stopped, we were instructed to expedite taxi across runway 23L which we did but I was momentarily distracted by bright lights from an aircraft on runway 23L and shortly thereafter missed my turn off, causing the aircraft to go off the side of the runway approximately 8 ft into the snow having the nosewheel stuck. No passenger or crew member injuries were sustained. Aircraft was not damaged and towed out of snow and taxied back to gate. In retrospect in trying to comply with tower instructions so soon after a rejected takeoff it would have been more prudent to stop the aircraft and not taxi further until further assessment of situation of the aircraft which caused the reject to begin with.

Title: AFTER ABORTED TKOF AND CLR OF RWY, FLC INSTRUCTED TO EXPEDITE ACROSS ACTIVE RWY. WHILE XING RWY, ACFT ON FINAL APCH, LIGHTS ON, DISTRACTED CAPT, WHO DIDN'T REALIZE THAT TXWY JOGGED AFTER ON THE RWY. ACFT EXITED OFF EDGE OF RWY INTO SNOW.
Narrative: AFTER NORMAL TAXI OUT AND CHKLIST ITEMS COMPLETION WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 23R AT CLE. I BROUGHT THE THROTTLES UP TO THE 12 O'CLOCK POS AND RECEIVED A CAWS WARNING (SLATS/FLAP) AND DECIDED TO ABORT THE TKOF ROLL. WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO TAKE THE FIRST AVAILABLE TURNOFF (R) AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 23L, WHICH WE DID. SHORTLY AFTER WE WERE STOPPED, WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO EXPEDITE TAXI ACROSS RWY 23L WHICH WE DID BUT I WAS MOMENTARILY DISTRACTED BY BRIGHT LIGHTS FROM AN ACFT ON RWY 23L AND SHORTLY THEREAFTER MISSED MY TURN OFF, CAUSING THE ACFT TO GO OFF THE SIDE OF THE RWY APPROX 8 FT INTO THE SNOW HAVING THE NOSEWHEEL STUCK. NO PAX OR CREW MEMBER INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED. ACFT WAS NOT DAMAGED AND TOWED OUT OF SNOW AND TAXIED BACK TO GATE. IN RETROSPECT IN TRYING TO COMPLY WITH TWR INSTRUCTIONS SO SOON AFTER A REJECTED TKOF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE PRUDENT TO STOP THE ACFT AND NOT TAXI FURTHER UNTIL FURTHER ASSESSMENT OF SIT OF THE ACFT WHICH CAUSED THE REJECT TO BEGIN WITH.
