Narrative:

As PF, I was on a normal visual approach to den runway 35L, with ILS (backup) GS centered (with PAPI in agreement), localizer centered, 28 degree flaps selected and vref plus 5K bugged and at a stable power setting (and all briefings and checklists completed). Power was retarded and nose was raised to flare. Sink rate was slow to arrest. Touchdown was firm. Aircraft brought to normal rollout speed and taxied to gate. Normal intermediate preflight walkaround inspection at a non maintenance station revealed damage to tail bumper and skin forward of bumper.
