Narrative:
Climbing out of liberia (lir), #1 engine strut overheat light came on. Referred to cockpit operating manual and accomplished abnormal checklist, light went out. Contacted company and they recommended we continue to destination. Cockpit crew members plus onboard mechanic agreed. Flight to destination was uneventful.

Narrative: CLBING OUT OF LIBERIA (LIR), #1 ENG STRUT OVERHEAT LIGHT CAME ON. REFERRED TO COCKPIT OPERATING MANUAL AND ACCOMPLISHED ABNORMAL CHKLIST, LIGHT WENT OUT. CONTACTED COMPANY AND THEY RECOMMENDED WE CONTINUE TO DEST. COCKPIT CREW MEMBERS PLUS ONBOARD MECH AGREED. FLT TO DEST WAS UNEVENTFUL.
