Narrative:

Flight crew was distracted by an anti-skid that failed to test. ATC cleared us to fly missed approach procedure 22 after touch and go. Procedure was to 2000 ft runway heading. We called passing 2500 ft to ZFW, and were immediately cleared to 3000 ft. Because of training distractions and anti-skid failure distraction we missed the altitude on the approach chart thinking it was 3000 ft, not 2000 ft.
