Narrative:
After pushing from the gate at bwi we were instructed by bwi ground control to make a right turn on taxiway a and taxi to runway 28, an air carrier jet would hold for us. As we approached the intersection of the north/south runway and the taxiway ground control told us to stop and taxi to runway 10 as we had been instructed. We replied we had been told to taxi to runway 28 and the controller arrogantly said, 'no, you were instructed to taxi to runway 10.' the controller was wrong and confused because of a just completed runway change. He misspoke and tried to blame it on us.
