Narrative:
Accepted aircraft at jfk, for flight assignment. Scheduled for flight jfk-dtw, and dtw-stl on aircraft logbook contained two open items: 1) PA volume weak and 2) spoiler circuit breaker popped out. Erroneously departed without maintenance sign off of logbook items. Both flts otherwise uneventful.

Narrative: ACCEPTED ACFT AT JFK, FOR FLT ASSIGNMENT. SCHEDULED FOR FLT JFK-DTW, AND DTW-STL ON ACFT LOGBOOK CONTAINED TWO OPEN ITEMS: 1) PA VOLUME WEAK AND 2) SPOILER CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED OUT. ERRONEOUSLY DEPARTED WITHOUT MAINT SIGN OFF OF LOGBOOK ITEMS. BOTH FLTS OTHERWISE UNEVENTFUL.
