Narrative:
Aircraft #1, while parked on the ramp, was struck in the left wingtip by aircraft #2's right wingtip. Contributing factors to this incident include: 1) poor parking on congested ramp at night. 2) training of ramp personnel. 3) fatigue of flight crew and ramp personnel.

Title: FLC OF A BA31 STRUCK THE WINGTIP OF ANOTHER COMPANY ACFT WHILE TAXIING INTO PARKING CAUSING ONLY MINOR DAMAGE.
Narrative: ACFT #1, WHILE PARKED ON THE RAMP, WAS STRUCK IN THE L WINGTIP BY ACFT #2'S R WINGTIP. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS TO THIS INCIDENT INCLUDE: 1) POOR PARKING ON CONGESTED RAMP AT NIGHT. 2) TRAINING OF RAMP PERSONNEL. 3) FATIGUE OF FLC AND RAMP PERSONNEL.
