Narrative:
While climbing through 11300 ft to comply with a 12000 ft crossing at sjc VOR, we received an RA on our TCASII. The RA was on an aircraft at 11600 ft, 10 to 11 O'clock. The first officer lowered the nose as the TCASII commanded. The RA aircraft, a cessna 210, was sighted at about 1 mi and seemed to be at the same altitude. I applied up elevator and passed over the cessna at the VOR 11800 ft, about 200 ft separation. When asked, ZOA said he was not communicating with the cessna and only had 1 'hit' just as our 2 targets passed.

Title: AN ACR MLG, FLYING THE LOUPE SID OUT OF SJC, HAD AN NMAC WITH AN SMA OVERFLYING THE SJC VOR.
Narrative: WHILE CLBING THROUGH 11300 FT TO COMPLY WITH A 12000 FT XING AT SJC VOR, WE RECEIVED AN RA ON OUR TCASII. THE RA WAS ON AN ACFT AT 11600 FT, 10 TO 11 O'CLOCK. THE FO LOWERED THE NOSE AS THE TCASII COMMANDED. THE RA ACFT, A CESSNA 210, WAS SIGHTED AT ABOUT 1 MI AND SEEMED TO BE AT THE SAME ALT.
