Narrative:
At cruise FL250, had an aircraft climbing to FL240. The other aircraft was still about 1300 ft below when we got a TCASII 'climb.' we climbed to 25500 ft before clear of conflict. This is another false alert by TCASII. The system needs to be retired.

Title: AN ACR ACFT CLBED IN RESPONSE TO A TCASII COMMAND TO AVOID A CLBING ACFT.
Narrative: AT CRUISE FL250, HAD AN ACFT CLBING TO FL240. THE OTHER ACFT WAS STILL ABOUT 1300 FT BELOW WHEN WE GOT A TCASII 'CLB.' WE CLBED TO 25500 FT BEFORE CLR OF CONFLICT. THIS IS ANOTHER FALSE ALERT BY TCASII. THE SYS NEEDS TO BE RETIRED.
