Narrative:

STAR into philly specifies to cross jaybo at 15000 ft. This was programmed into FMS. ATC gave us 14000 ft at jaybo. FMS was not reprogrammed and aircraft crossed jaybo at 15000 ft. Captain flying aircraft. ATC said nothing.
