Narrative:
Wst, ri, runup area runway 7. Propeller strike while running up engine most likely a piece of loose asphalt. Propeller damage (asphalt in poor condition entire airport). Aircraft left at wst until propeller can be fixed or replaced if needed. Airport should be repaired to prevent further aircraft damage.

Title: PROP DAMAGE FROM FOREIGN OBJECT. RPTR BELIEVES THE FOD WAS LOOSE ASPHALT.
Narrative: WST, RI, RUNUP AREA RWY 7. PROP STRIKE WHILE RUNNING UP ENG MOST LIKELY A PIECE OF LOOSE ASPHALT. PROP DAMAGE (ASPHALT IN POOR CONDITION ENTIRE ARPT). ACFT LEFT AT WST UNTIL PROP CAN BE FIXED OR REPLACED IF NEEDED. ARPT SHOULD BE REPAIRED TO PREVENT FURTHER ACFT DAMAGE.
