Narrative:
I was on a training flight in a BE58. We did an approach (VMC) into mtn and landed without a landing clearance. I was on the controls, the instructor was on the radios. It was training for our charter company. I spoke to tower on the phone after landing. I asked the instructor to verify our landing clearance and he said we were cleared to land. In the future, I will verify by calling myself, if I don't hear the clearance.
