Narrative:
While in VFR cruise at 500 ft MSL, 2 mi offshore of palm beach/boca raton, our aircraft encountered a conflicting VFR aircraft directly in front of us at our altitude. The conflict required an immediate climb with a turn toward the shore and a subsequent application of climb power for avoidance.
