Narrative:
Marshalled to gate. Set parking brake and performed shutdown as per cfm/checklist and felt the plane move forward. My captain left the plane to investigate while I stayed with the passenger. After I deplaned, I went outside to investigate and found that the baggage tug had struck the l-hand inboard flap trailing edge. Note: passenger were still in seats with belts fastened at the time of the event.
