Narrative:
I had been flying almost all day on an angel flight. I picked up a little girl and her parents at cxy and flew them to owd. The flight back from owd to 40N began at XA53. There were very strong headwinds (70 mph). The flight was exceptionally long. There were two other stressful sits. When I went to switch on the auxiliary tanks, there was no flow of gas. This meant that I had a possible fuel shortage to consider. Also when it turned dark and I went to put on the panel lights, they did not come on. This added to my stress level. I had a passenger who used a flashlight to pan the panel. In total darkness in rather strong turbulence, I lined up the localizer and GS and started down the slot. I intended to put the gear down as late as possible, due to the turbulence. I guess I became distracted and neglected to put the gear down and thus made a gear up landing.
