Narrative:

On climb out from mco passing 1500 ft MSL, we received an RA on TCASII instructing us to climb at a greater rate. The TCASII indicated a target 300 ft below us. Departure control said they had nobody on radar. The RA lasted 1000-1500 ft of climb. We never saw another aircraft. We also turned 40 degrees left (heading 120 degrees) of assigned heading of 160 degrees during the RA maneuver along with a maximum power climb out until the RA disappeared. No further incident occurred and we continued to our destination. Departure control told us to contact the mco tower upon landing. We complied.
