Narrative:

Location: beuty intersection on milton 1 arrival. Observed single engine high-wing aircraft at our altitude in our 2:30 O'clock position, constant bearing decreasing range. As the small plane came nearer we began a climb. 1 parachuter jumped as the plane turned right from a northerly heading. We estimate that we came within 500 ft. Ny approach had no information on the aircraft, but did apparently find him as a primary target after our report.
