Narrative:
Just prior to FAF on ILS runway 35C at dfw we had a TCASII target pop up on screen indicating 600 ft below us. We also got a TCASII command to climb at approximately 1500-1800 FPM. We complied with the TCASII command to climb and called tower and executed a missed approach. WX conditions were IMC. We told the tower the reason for the missed approach and they said they did not have any aircraft in that area with the exception of simultaneous ILS approachs. We returned to land on the ILS runway 35R approach and runway.
