Narrative:

Assigned jvl 4 arrival with a teddy crossing at 10000 ft. At 11000 ft with 5 mi to go, encountered moderate turbulence, moderate icing, and 2 lightning strikes. We increased power from idle to maintain anti-ice and informed ATC of our flight conditions and inability to make teddy at 10000 ft and inability to continue arrival. No apparent problem, however, we are reporting anyway.
