Narrative:
Uninterrupted power supply failed causing complete power outage for approximately 2 mins. When emergency generator came on line, equipment OTS was radar scopes, ups and other equipment. There were no aircraft under my jurisdiction at the time of the outage.

Title: UPS FAILED CAUSING A COMPLETE PWR OUTAGE FOR 2 MINS UNTIL EMER GENERATOR CAME ON LINE AFFECTING THE RADAR SCOPE AND OTHER EQUIP.
Narrative: UNINTERRUPTED PWR SUPPLY FAILED CAUSING COMPLETE PWR OUTAGE FOR APPROX 2 MINS. WHEN EMER GENERATOR CAME ON LINE, EQUIP OTS WAS RADAR SCOPES, UPS AND OTHER EQUIP. THERE WERE NO ACFT UNDER MY JURISDICTION AT THE TIME OF THE OUTAGE.
