Narrative:

I attempted to land gear up at approximately XA50 local after a short flight from fll (7.2 NM) after clearing customs. #1 landing: at the first sign of noise, I pulled up, declared abort. Was cleared for go around. No vibrations. Flared after go around, landed. Taxied to tie-down, inspected plane. Found rear most antenna on underbelly partially damaged -- scrape marks on fiberglas skids, and bent propeller tips. Reported incident to NTSB early next morning. Factors that may have contributed were: 1) long day flying relatives on 2 flts to great harbour cay. First flight was scheduled at XB00 local. Actual XD00 local. Second flight commenced at XC00 local. Lateness required clearing customs at fll instead of fxe on second trip. 2) shortness of trip from fll to fxe and excellent WX may have lulled me to complacency. 3) did not check and rechk landing procedure -- even though a place card recently moved from passenger side to pilot side -- right in front of me!

Title: PVT PLT OF A MOONEY, M20J, TOUCHDOWN FOR LNDG WITH THE GEAR IN THE UP POS RESULTING IN THE RPTR REACTING WITH FULL PWR AND A GAR. A SUCCESSFUL LNDG WAS SUBSEQUENTLY MADE. THE ACFT RECEIVED DAMAGE TO THE PROP BLADES AND AN ANTENNA ON THE BOTTOM OF THE FUSELAGE.
