Narrative:

132.95/12000 ft. Mci approach control. Location: noahs intersection. While on jhawk 2 arrival, first officer flying. We failed to turn to heading 010 degrees at noahs intersection as required. Approach control then asked us if we were turning north on the arrival and issued a vector to heading 360 degrees. Remainder of arrival normal. No excuses. I was not as thorough or vigilant as I should have been. I do feel that there should be a note about the turn at noahs, on the plan view (like dfw), to help simplify matters. This note should be at the intersection. Contributing factors might have been nighttime, poor cockpit lighting, numerous taxiway closure concerns, and fatigue. Another lesson learned.
