Narrative:

Cleared to taxi to runway 19 hold short of runway 24. While taxiing to runway 19, acknowledged transmission to cross runway 24. When I released microphone button, heard ground control transmitting (may not have heard my transmission). After crossing I was told that I did not have clearance to cross runway 24. Also informed that the personnel changed shift and this was his first transmission. Ground controller may not have been told during position shift.

Narrative: CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 19 HOLD SHORT OF RWY 24. WHILE TAXIING TO RWY 19, ACKNOWLEDGED XMISSION TO CROSS RWY 24. WHEN I RELEASED MIKE BUTTON, HEARD GND CTL XMITTING (MAY NOT HAVE HEARD MY XMISSION). AFTER XING I WAS TOLD THAT I DID NOT HAVE CLRNC TO CROSS RWY 24. ALSO INFORMED THAT THE PERSONNEL CHANGED SHIFT AND THIS WAS HIS FIRST XMISSION. GND CTLR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TOLD DURING POS SHIFT.
