Narrative: ACR X CLBING OFF PDX TO LKV. ACR Y IN LEVEL FLT FROM LKV TO BTG AT FL280. ACR X REQUESTING FL330. BOTH ACFT ISSUED VECTORS TO AVOID. LARGER TURNS WOULD HAVE CORRECTED THE SIT.
