Narrative:
Flying from phk to F45 in rental aircraft, throttle stuck at low cruise power. On downwind, I descended to 500 ft AGL and pulled up to traffic pattern altitude to bleed speed to flap range, extended flaps to 20 degrees, set power for flaps 20 degrees level flight. At this time I confirmed that any forward throttle movement was not possible. I used a full forward slip on base and again on final until the touchdown zone was made, then reduced throttle and landed uneventfully. After landing, throttle would not move forward again.
