Narrative:
ILS to runway 21R. Approach and landing both normal. On rollout the aircraft started to shake, captain stated that it was requiring power to clear the runway. Shaking increased, captain stopped aircraft short of clearing the runway. Once the aircraft was stopped, smelled what appeared to be burning rubber. At this point we requested ground support to come out and inspect the aircraft and were informed that the 2 tires on the right main were flat. Aircraft was towed clear by maintenance.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: AN ACR MLG BLOWS 2 TIRES DURING LNDG AND CANNOT GET THE ACFT OFF THE RWY. THEY ARE LATER TOWED BY THE ACR'S MAINT STAFF.
Narrative: ILS TO RWY 21R. APCH AND LNDG BOTH NORMAL. ON ROLLOUT THE ACFT STARTED TO SHAKE, CAPT STATED THAT IT WAS REQUIRING PWR TO CLR THE RWY. SHAKING INCREASED, CAPT STOPPED ACFT SHORT OF CLRING THE RWY. ONCE THE ACFT WAS STOPPED, SMELLED WHAT APPEARED TO BE BURNING RUBBER. AT THIS POINT WE REQUESTED GND SUPPORT TO COME OUT AND INSPECT THE ACFT AND WERE INFORMED THAT THE 2 TIRES ON THE R MAIN WERE FLAT. ACFT WAS TOWED CLR BY MAINT.
