Narrative:
Wind 290 degrees, 25 KTS. Takeoff on runway 1R. Upon power application, #3 engine compressor stalled due to high crosswind. Checked communication, no temperature or other limits were exceeded. Aircraft reached maximum speed of about 20 KTS on takeoff roll when stall occurred. Takeoff was immediately discontinued. Same thing happened on second attempt. Taxied to runway 28R, and made normal takeoff.
