Narrative:
Ground cleared me 'taxi to runway 32' yng, oh (IFR to tol). Told to taxi taxiway left to runway 32. Told ground I was 'unfamiliar with airport.' no other traffic, runway 1/19 is closed. Taxiway left is very short, in front of tower, and ends abruptly at the intersection of runway 14/32 and runway 1/19. The red signs runway 1/19 and runway 14/32 are placed in a confusing manner, at least for me. I hesitated a while, ground said nothing, then I continued ahead. Finally, ground told me I had crossed runway 32 and for me to do a 180 degree turn and hold at runway 32 (opposite to where I should have held). I should have told ground control a second time 'unfamiliar with airport.' the junction of taxiway left, runway 32/14, and runway 1/19 can be confusing. The red runway markings at the hold lines at this yng junction were confusing.

Title: SMA TWIN PLT HAD RWY INCURSION AT YNG.
Narrative: GND CLRED ME 'TAXI TO RWY 32' YNG, OH (IFR TO TOL). TOLD TO TAXI TXWY L TO RWY 32. TOLD GND I WAS 'UNFAMILIAR WITH ARPT.' NO OTHER TFC, RWY 1/19 IS CLOSED. TXWY L IS VERY SHORT, IN FRONT OF TWR, AND ENDS ABRUPTLY AT THE INTXN OF RWY 14/32 AND RWY 1/19. THE RED SIGNS RWY 1/19 AND RWY 14/32 ARE PLACED IN A CONFUSING MANNER, AT LEAST FOR ME. I HESITATED A WHILE, GND SAID NOTHING, THEN I CONTINUED AHEAD. FINALLY, GND TOLD ME I HAD CROSSED RWY 32 AND FOR ME TO DO A 180 DEG TURN AND HOLD AT RWY 32 (OPPOSITE TO WHERE I SHOULD HAVE HELD). I SHOULD HAVE TOLD GND CTL A SECOND TIME 'UNFAMILIAR WITH ARPT.' THE JUNCTION OF TXWY L, RWY 32/14, AND RWY 1/19 CAN BE CONFUSING. THE RED RWY MARKINGS AT THE HOLD LINES AT THIS YNG JUNCTION WERE CONFUSING.
