Narrative:
First officer leg. At approximately 1200 ft AGL departing from miami a loud bang and airframe shudder occurred. #2 engine throttle advanced to the firewall by itself and egt went off scale high. I reached up and retarded #2 throttle to idle while first officer selected maximum power on #1 and #3. I called for the fire damage shutdown checklist. As briefed, first officer continued to fly while flight engineer and captain worked checklist. We declared an emergency and started to dump fuel. Pretkof weight 174400 pounds, fuel on board 38200 pounds. I briefed flight attendant and made several PA's to passenger. Returned to mia for uneventful landing. Inspection of tailcone revealed most of the #2 turbine blades had departed aircraft. The aircraft was full and in addition to the loud bang and shudder the airframe continued to shudder.
