Narrative:
The flight was a CFI spin flight. Upon reaching 4500 ft, PIC saw the aircraft 'low wing cessna twin.' response time about 1.5 seconds. Other aircraft never saw us. Aircraft's heading approximately 180 degrees at 4500 ft.

Narrative: THE FLT WAS A CFI SPIN FLT. UPON REACHING 4500 FT, PIC SAW THE ACFT 'LOW WING CESSNA TWIN.' RESPONSE TIME ABOUT 1.5 SECONDS. OTHER ACFT NEVER SAW US. ACFT'S HDG APPROX 180 DEGS AT 4500 FT.
