Narrative:
Passenger asked #4 flight attendant for headsets while she was doing meals. She had a beverage cart behind her so she asked him to wait until that flight attendant could get them for him and also told him how much they cost. This is where the problem started. He stated he was to receive free headsets because he was supposed to be in first class, and wasn't. We comp'ed him the headset but now he wanted an apology from #4 flight attendant because she wouldn't get him the headset. She could not have gotten him the headset because of the carts. So he started being nice to all others and rude to her. In my opinion she didn't need to apologize and he got upset because we wouldn't give him her name. We had no information on this man to be given free anything -- not from the agents. So he was causing a stink because he did not get a free upgrade. #4 flight attendant did nothing wrong. This guy was just rude.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT REGARDING AN UNRULY PAX ABOARD AN A300. HE WAS RUDE TO ONE OF THE CABIN ATTENDANTS.
Narrative: PAX ASKED #4 FLT ATTENDANT FOR HEADSETS WHILE SHE WAS DOING MEALS. SHE HAD A BEVERAGE CART BEHIND HER SO SHE ASKED HIM TO WAIT UNTIL THAT FLT ATTENDANT COULD GET THEM FOR HIM AND ALSO TOLD HIM HOW MUCH THEY COST. THIS IS WHERE THE PROB STARTED. HE STATED HE WAS TO RECEIVE FREE HEADSETS BECAUSE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN FIRST CLASS, AND WASN'T. WE COMP'ED HIM THE HEADSET BUT NOW HE WANTED AN APOLOGY FROM #4 FLT ATTENDANT BECAUSE SHE WOULDN'T GET HIM THE HEADSET. SHE COULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN HIM THE HEADSET BECAUSE OF THE CARTS. SO HE STARTED BEING NICE TO ALL OTHERS AND RUDE TO HER. IN MY OPINION SHE DIDN'T NEED TO APOLOGIZE AND HE GOT UPSET BECAUSE WE WOULDN'T GIVE HIM HER NAME.
