Narrative:

We had a scheduled aircraft change in clt. System then switched aircraft scheduled for our tpa flight. Our new aircraft was running late. When aircraft arrived, all preflight functions were performed and we departed. During the crew change, things were very busy. Maintenance was in and out of cockpit. Numerous communications with company due to weight and balance problems/delays. The flight release we received was for the aircraft originally scheduled for the flight and did not reflect the aircraft change. We did not notice this mistake until we were airborne.
