Narrative:
Climbing out of fqd controller assigned 9000 ft and I read back 9000 ft. Before reaching, controller said we missed altitude and assigned another altitude. I reminded the PF, but he continued through altitude saying that the controller was not talking to us. I don't know why he was confused.

Title: DEP CTLR ISSUED ALERT TO THE FLC OF A GOV SMT TURBOPROP THAT THEY HAD OVERSHOT ASSIGNED INTERMEDIATE ALT. HOWEVER, THE CAPT ADVISED THE FO THAT THE ALERT WAS NOT FOR THEM AND CONTINUED CLBING TO THE ALT PREVIOUSLY ACKNOWLEDGED.
Narrative: CLBING OUT OF FQD CTLR ASSIGNED 9000 FT AND I READ BACK 9000 FT. BEFORE REACHING, CTLR SAID WE MISSED ALT AND ASSIGNED ANOTHER ALT. I REMINDED THE PF, BUT HE CONTINUED THROUGH ALT SAYING THAT THE CTLR WAS NOT TALKING TO US. I DON'T KNOW WHY HE WAS CONFUSED.
