Narrative:
While changing the left nose tire on aircraft xyz, I had a supervisor watching over me because the door/hangar space was needed for another aircraft trying to get the job done in a timely manner. I inadvertently left the axle washer on the old tire assembly. This was discovered by our tire shop when the tire was being rebuilt. Line maintenance was notified and a callout to inspect the aircraft was generated.
