ATC facility: ZFW. Location: txo, 086 degrees radial, 89 NM. Holding 40 mins at 89 NM fix. Captain on dispatch and flying, copilot on main radio and ACARS. Turned at 93 NM vice 89 NM. Supplemental information from acn 438621: captain was off radio talking to ama station relaying message to dispatch. First officer was flying and talking to ATC when a number of messages printed on ACARS. Being distracted by print-outs we went past 89 DME to 93 DME before turning outbound. Caused by first officer overload of flying, talking to ATC and ACARS printer on first officer side with captain talking on other radio and writing messages.
