Narrative:
On climb out out of stl on the lindy 2 (maw) departure, lost both DFGS's along with flight director, autoplt, and ats. While dealing with the problem and the first officer out of his seat to reset circuit breakers, missed leveloff at FL260, busted altitude by over 300 ft before correcting back to FL260.

Narrative: ON CLBOUT OUT OF STL ON THE LINDY 2 (MAW) DEP, LOST BOTH DFGS'S ALONG WITH FLT DIRECTOR, AUTOPLT, AND ATS. WHILE DEALING WITH THE PROB AND THE FO OUT OF HIS SEAT TO RESET CIRCUIT BREAKERS, MISSED LEVELOFF AT FL260, BUSTED ALT BY OVER 300 FT BEFORE CORRECTING BACK TO FL260.
