Narrative:
ATC facility: stl approach control. Location: stl 180 degree radial, 10 DME. During an emergency descent into stl following an in-flight medical emergency, aircraft was flown at 300 KTS to around 7000 ft to expedite arrival. Emergency was declared and priority was given both in-flight and on ground.
