Narrative:
After a lower than normal visibility landing on runway 32R, concord, ca, I landed longer than planned. Tower directed me to turn off the runway, so I did to the west. At this point, I thought I was on a taxiway but I was on a runway (runway 19R). I stopped, clear of 'the active' and tower had to direct me to turn off the runway, which I didn't expect was being used. In short, I lost my ground situational awareness and tower had to direct me around! To make matters worse, I didn't think the txwys/runways were adequately labeled (for a small airplane driver to see) why not label in paint along the centerline also?
