Narrative:
I was the #2 flight attendant. Upon takeoff and climb out, I saw smoke slowly seeping into the cabin. I called the #1 flight attendant, who then made a visual of the cabin and confirmed what I saw. She called the cockpit, and then opened the cockpit door so that they could have a visual of the cabin. The captain immediately made a decision to return to the gate. He told us to do our 30 second review and that we would land shortly. We completed our checks on the cabin and prepared for landing. Upon landing, we were met by emergency vehicles who gave us no indication of fire from an outside visual. We taxied to the gate, and were met by fireman who came on board to look for fire. The passenger deplaned and the flight resumed with a new aircraft.

SHE CALLED THE COCKPIT, AND THEN OPENED THE COCKPIT DOOR SO THAT THEY COULD HAVE A VISUAL OF THE CABIN. THE CAPT IMMEDIATELY MADE A DECISION TO RETURN TO THE GATE. HE TOLD US TO DO OUR 30 SECOND REVIEW AND THAT WE WOULD LAND SHORTLY. WE COMPLETED OUR CHKS ON THE CABIN AND PREPARED FOR LNDG. UPON LNDG, WE WERE MET BY EMER VEHICLES WHO GAVE US NO INDICATION OF FIRE FROM AN OUTSIDE VISUAL. WE TAXIED TO THE GATE, AND WERE MET BY FIREMAN WHO CAME ON BOARD TO LOOK FOR FIRE. THE PAX DEPLANED AND THE FLT RESUMED WITH A NEW ACFT.
